We are proposing 2 types of shipping methods:
Express same-day delivery: Delivery will be done within the same day for orders placed before 12pm. Applicable for Jeddah only.
Standard Delivery: Delivery will be done within two (2) to seven (7) working days from the receipt of your order.

Jeddah & Riyadh: 2 to 3 working days (delivery until 8PM)
Makkah, Medina & Taif: 3 to 5 working days
Other cities: 5 to 7 working days

We offer free standard shipping for all orders. Express same-day delivery is offered at a charge of 25 SAR.

It is our intention to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases from us. You may return the product(s) to us by courier: You can request a return, free of charge, via your My Account section and our Customer Care will arrange for a free pick up via our partner courier service.

All products must be returned to us unused and with all ARMANI tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice within 14 days of the date of purchase of your order. We will not accept any returns if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you, we will refund the price paid by you for the product(s), with the exception of applicable taxes or import duties and delivery and return charges.
